NLI is a pipeline for the female professional leaders and a mainstay of the local economy in developing leaders with the skills necessary for effective leadership in the marketplace. Our students enjoy an engaging curriculum attuned to today’s fast-moving global economy, as well as the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in team management, communication and collaboration techniques and strategies. Our virtual platform allows us to reach students across the globe with synchronous and asynchronous activities.

The application process gives our facilitators a glimpse into your leadership journey. Each application should be complete with the necessary components as listed below. Incomplete applications will not be considered for admission. Please review the requirements prior to submitting your application. 

For all students who plan to enroll, we require that each submission include a copy of your most up to date resume, two letters of recommendation (preferable from leaders you have served under and someone you have had the pleasure to lead in the past). In addition, we may contact these individuals, your employer and or your personal references to authenticate information when we conduct audits. The Admissions Department conducts audits regularly to verify the authenticity of submissions for a random sampling of entering students.
