PROGRAM MODEL

The Leadership modules within each program identify the unique challenges impacting the advancement of minority women in leadership. They provide context and strategies to contend with these challenges that limit the access necessary to effect change. We provide the space to further examine the unique roles, skills, and relationships needed to lead in your industry of influence and address the challenges that women of color face and are required to manage in the marketplace.

Each session considers the core principles within the Book of Nehemiah to carefully craft relevant and useful subject matter content, offer collaborative engagement and group dialogue, facilitate case discussions, encourage personal reflection and offer spiritual insight that will guide each program participant into deeper self-development, as they prepare to effectively lead themselves and others. Our program brings together key facilitators and subject matter experts with varying leadership perspectives and functions to help you:

  • Hone your leadership skills for working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Share experiences with fellow leaders

  • Create new personal networks and networking skills

Our success model is built upon four brick pillars:

PILLAR 1: THE BURDEN

Before resources are extended to support a kingdom vision, the burden for the assignment must first be released. However,  we can only effectively execute assignments if we are fortified personally, spiritually, and professionally. It is imperative that there be just as much a burden for personal growth as there is for the desire to lead and have influence.

PILLAR 2: THE BLUEPRINT

Successful execution of any plan starts with a blueprint. Spiritual guidance serves to provide purpose and vision regarding every assignment with those chosen and entrusted to lead the charge, providing specific instructions for flawless execution.

PILLAR 3:  THE BUILDING

Strategy equals SUCCESS! Nothing sustainable and scalable is built without a carefully considered strategy. When preparing to build, start with a plan and a solid foundation.

PILLAR 4:  THE BRANDING

Careful consideration must be given to ensure that, as women, we reflect a kingdom brand. Our attitudes, perceptions, ideas, and actions should be in alignment with Godly character and moral integrity.
