This program is designed for women who are just emerging as a leader of industry. The course will focus on personal leadership inventory, professional development, and strategic planning for sustainable outcomes in business. Expand your network and build relationships with likeminded industry leaders.
Elevated Leader
This second tier of leadership development is for women currently serving or having served in positions of leadership with five or more years of experience. The program continues to build upon the leadership blueprint, strategic relationship management and managing leadership attitudes.
Executive Leader
To maintain the energy and positive focus needed to remain effective and relevant in a volatile world, it’s critical for women in leadership roles to maintain a healthy and productive balance between their professional and personal lives. Hone leadership skills that work in a rapidly changing environment. The Executive Leader is positioned to effect change.

MODERN MANAGEMENT
Nehermiah Academy of Strategic Management (NASM) is designed to ensure that entry-level to middle management professionals are equipped with the resources, insight and business acumen needed to properly motivate, mentor and mobilize their people into highly productive and outcome driven teams.
COURSES
Our program takes a deep dive into exploring the skills necessary for the successful management of people, resources and processes. From tactical to operational to strategic management, we deliver a robust program addressing foundational management skills such as decision making, planning, delegation, communication, critical thinking and motivating teams. NASM strives to ensure that managers add value to the organizations they serve by equipping them to build solid teams and sustainable systems.
Customer Service

Customer Service training is offered through the NASM program and focuses on developing the soft skill proficiencies necessary to successfully manage customer relationships, service delivery and improve business outcomes. This course is tailored to collegiate partner needs.
The Intrapreneurial Mindset
​
Implementing the mindset of an entrepreneurial leader as a member of a corporation. Participants will learn what it means to be an intrapreneur or “inside” entrepreneur who uses entrepreneurial skills to develop internal programs without incurring the associated risk with those activities.
Introduction to Corporate Soft Skills
​
Learn essential business soft skills, from communication fundamentals and teamwork to advancing critical thinking. This 3 month course will cover the core soft skills to help enhance your interaction with customer and coworkers.
Corporate Soft Skills - Leadership Development
​
This course digs deeper into those skills that lay the foundation for successful leadership within an organization. This course focuses on problem solving and critical thinking, and the key competencies of leaders in today's corporate climate.
