Emerging Leader
This program is designed for women who are just emerging as a leader of industry. The course will focus on personal leadership inventory, professional development, and strategic planning for sustainable outcomes in business. Expand your network and build relationships with likeminded industry leaders.

Elevated Leader
This second tier of leadership development is for women currently serving or having served in positions of leadership with five or more years of experience. The program continues to build upon the leadership blueprint, strategic relationship management and managing leadership attitudes.

Executive Leader
To maintain the energy and positive focus needed to remain effective and relevant in a volatile world, it’s critical for women in leadership roles to maintain a healthy and productive balance between their professional and personal lives. Hone leadership skills that work in a rapidly changing environment. The Executive Leader is positioned to effect change.

RASHIDA SELISE WILSON
As a forward-thinking and passionate thought-leader, Senior SME and Founder of NLI, Rashida Wilson enjoys empowering others to become the best version of themselves. For over two decades, Rashida has been empowering others to soar, offering everything from spiritual empowerment to professional/corporate coaching and vision planning. As a professional coach, consultant, and motivational speaker, she offers visionary and life coaching for women who aspire to lead in business and in ministry. Her clients call her a master motivator, having a true passion for helping others and seeing their visions fulfilled.
As a corporate strategist, leadership trainer and collegiate consultant, Rashida has built multi-million dollar programs for academic institutions, non-profit organizations, fortune 500 companies and small businesses She has also served the HBCU community consulting national HBCU adjacent brands like The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and The United Negro College Fund (UNCF). With over 25 years of progressive management and leadership experience in various industries, she has offered instruction in managerial and business communications and core skills development, providing strategies to emerging professionals on how to navigate the multi-generational workplace. Her students and mentees receive practical guidance on how to transition from the classroom to the boardroom with the insight offered in her book, The Millennial Movement: Surviving the Corporate Transition. She has been able to impact both young and seasoned professionals worldwide. She also hosts an annual Women's Leadership Conference that serves women who are leaders in their industry, and partners with industry leaders.

Rashida is an author and sought-after speaker. She's had the pleasure of speaking on platforms like the National Urban League Annual Conference in 2017 & 2018, The Society for Human Resources (SHRM) Alabama State Conference in 2019, the College Board Conference 2019, and the UNCF CPI and UNCF SLC Conferences in 2019. She has also completed several leadership and management development programs during the span of her career to include the successful completion of the Harvard University Management and Leadership Development Program in 2019. Rashida also serves on nonprofit boards.
