To Leadership Training
The NeHERmiah Leadership Program combines the use of online instruction and customized content to add value to existing programs, curriculum, and professional development training typically provided by institutes of higher learning. NLI strives to provide quality professional development that integrates the tenets of leadership into the curriculum.
The recent expansion of our programs help to further develop and fine-tune participants in areas of diversity, emotional and social intelligence, career strategy, customer service, and up-skill training. NLI is able to accomplish this by designing and delivering a rigorous and interactive program of standards-based subject-matter-expert led courses. Participants are also encouraged to utilize online tools, NLI curated resources and participate in peer groups to develop critical thinking skills. Online assessment techniques are built-in to measure the impact of the courses and student achievement.
“The four weeks spent with NLI were nothing short of amazing. I was exposed to countless exercises and resources that essentially helped me develop a foundation for the type of leader I want to be. Rashida was such a great instructor throughout my time within the program, and I would recommend anyone in leadership or in the process of establishing their leadership to partake in such an impactful program. Beyond grateful for the knowledge and direction.”
