Program Facilitation. As the world navigates through the current challenges, NLI is doing its part to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  We are making every effort to effectively adhere to CDC and WHO regulations to keep students and staff safe while still offering relevant and valuable resources. Therefore, we will be shifting all programs to virtual learning platforms until further notice.  Supplemental communications will be sent to enrolled students detailing the new process and how to access materials.

Program Schedules & Fees. Our Cohort will continue as a virtual program, facilitated through our website program portal and video conferencing platforms. each Cohort includes 22 modules of autonomous, asynchronous work, scheduled across 5 weeks. Accelerated programs are provided across three days via webinar. This adapted model of the flagship cohort will allow us to streamline how students access materials while providing the same value, as well as allow us to open our program to women worldwide.  


Program Extras. Each student will be offered the opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching with our CEO, Rashida Wilson to supplement their leadership development. These sessions are free to standard enrollment students (SES) and are offered at a reduced cost to sponsored students (PSS) or students attending on NG Scholarship (NGSR).  All coaching sessions will be held via video conferencing. 
 
Additional benefits may be adjusted so that students may take advantage of these benefits at a later date or substituted to offset program changes.
