This second tier of leadership development is for women currently serving or having served in positions of leadership with five or more years of experience. The program continues to build upon the leadership blueprint, strategic relationship management and managing leadership attitudes.
Executive Leader
To maintain the energy and positive focus needed to remain effective and relevant in a volatile world, it’s critical for women in leadership roles to maintain a healthy and productive balance between their professional and personal lives.
